Denise studied at Glasgow School of Art 1992 - 1996.
Since then she has become recognised as one of Scotland's leading figurative painters, known for her accomplished huge portraits of females, painted with sensitivity and strength. Denise also loves to play with scale and produces tiny miniatures in contrast.
